OpenSSP API Version Notes

Version 18.09.003
 - Removed lambda, nostar, dmin, and dmax as input parameters. All are being computed server-side now based on other inputs.
 - Added lambda, nostar, dmin, and dmax to footer of API output for reference.
 - Fixed bug in Query Builder where API Query Calls were not being preserved when you returned to a tab you were previously using.

Version 18.09.002
 - Added Query Number to go with Session ID
 - Updated description of r_eq_vol to clarify role in identifying particle size in OpenSSP Database

Version 18.09.001
 - Updated parameters field in API response to just contain the whole query string
 - Added Session ID to API request for reference

 - Fixed issues with LWC = 1 g/m3 normalization output. Bin counts are now identical between website graph and API output.

 - Added column for KOI ("Kuo's Original Identifier") to Size-based queries. This allows users to corroborate the sizes defined in the database with structure files generated for those sizes originally. No changes were made to PSD-based queries.
